Where is my order? Why hasn’t it arrived yet?

Hi everyone! We hope you are staying safe and healthy during these extremely trying times. We appreciate each and every one of you and wish you the absolute best!

You may notice that an order you placed is taking a very long time to arrive. We understand that you will be asking “where is my order?” and “why hasn’t it arrived yet?” Unfortunately the USPS is overwhelmed due to a huge increase in volume and a decrease of available workers because of COVID-19. Since we use USPS for shipping, this impacts us directly.

When we ship your items you will receive an email with all your tracking information (if you don’t see it please check your spam folder). We ask that you keep that email as the link inside it will give you all the latest updates on the location of your order. We do our best to get your order out within one business day (or earlier if we can do it), but once the USPS picks it up it’s completely out of our hands.

As always, if you have any questions about your order or why it hasn’t arrived yet, please contact us and we will do our best to get you an answer.
